Are You A Recovery House?
No, we are not a recovery house we only provide post operative services in the comfort of your Home, Hotel or Airbnb.
Do You Travel Outside of Florida?
Our initial services are in Orlando, Tampa and surrounding cities. We are able to make accommodations upon requests. If you need us to travel outside of Florida please email us at ContourCareRecovery@gmail.com.
Do You Provide Transportation?
Yes, we provide transportation the day of surgery for all packages excluding the Basic Care Recovery Package. Transportation is through a trusted 3rd party company. For additional transportation we charge an additional $100 round trip.
Do You Provide Overnight Care?
Yes, we are able to provide overnight care for an additional $350/night. Any requests for overnight care made within 72 hours of surgery will incur an expedited care fee.
Do You Provide Meals?
No, we do not provide meals at this time. We are willing to cook a light meal if food is purchased in advanced. We are also able to assist with grocery pickup!
Do You Offer Any Refunds?
Contour Care Recovery has a strict refund policy. All payments, including deposits, are FINAL. Deposits are considered non-refundable. All payments must be made in full within 30 days of scheduled surgery. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours. If surgery is rescheduled or cancelled, we are able to accommodate, we will honor all payments for 6 months. Payments and services cannot be transferred to another party. If, for any reason, Contour Care Recovery cancels, we will provide a full refund within 10 days from original payment.
