Payments

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, and it must be made through our website using any major debit or credit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled surgery. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your reservation may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. To provide flexibility, we offer financing options through Affirm and Afterpay to help you manage payments.

All payments, including deposits, are final and non-refundable. If you wish to make changes to your services, adjustments can only be made before the final payment is processed. No refunds will be issued if the length of your contracted services is reduced within 30 days of the scheduled service.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters or public health emergencies—we will work with you to reschedule your services at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit toward future services may be provided. Payment terms are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to affected clients in advance.

Refund

Contour Care Recovery follows a strict refund policy, and all payments, including deposits, are final. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients are only permitted to reduce the length of their contracted services if the full balance has not yet been paid. If a client shortens the contracted service period within 30 days of the scheduled service, no refunds will be issued.

Reschedule/Cancellation

If your surgery is rescheduled or canceled, we will honor all payments for up to six months from the original booking date. To ensure proper staffing, a new service date must be selected within 14 days of the reschedule or cancellation notice. Payments and services are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another person. In the rare event that Contour Care Recovery cancels your services, we will issue a full refund within 10 days of the original payment date.
